The antidote to frenzy

We invite you to an afternoon of slowness and relaxation. An opportunity to take your space and give yourself an "antidote to frenzy".

We will emerge relaxed, regenerated and with a recipe book of simple tools that we can use whenever we want to slow down, give priority to our calm and our rhythm and face the challenges of everyday life more serenely, or simply put them on hold.

Meditation, Pranayama, Slow Hatha Flow, Journaling, Yin and Self massage, Yoga Nidra​

What do you bring home

A guided diary to write your thoughts, a goody bag with a kit to relax at home.

How to prepare

This workshop is suitable for everyone, no previous experience in yoga or fitness is necessary. We will provide mats and everything you need. Wear comfortable clothes.

The teachers

Chiara Bonanomi and Flavia Larocca

ClearShe spent the first part of her career working in fashion and often found herself mentally stressed and physically drained. After discovering yoga in 2018, her entire perspective on life and herself changed and deepened along with her practice. Chiara has now changed direction and is building a more significant professional path that embraces yoga and its teachings. He has recently left London and will soon settle in Italy after a period of travel. Chiara is a certified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, pregnancy and postpartum yoga, practices that she teaches in person and online, and organizes retreats and events in different parts of the world.

Yoga for Flavia it's a return home, a precious tool for getting to know yourself and taking care of yourself. Flavia practices and teaches preferring a gentle and playful approach that invites you to give yourself time and space for yourself through conscious and intuitive breathing and movement. Flavia has lived in Amsterdam for the last 6 years and studied yoga in India and Holland. Since 2018 he has been teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra in various studios in Amsterdam. She recently returned to Italy and leads individual and group practices, in person and online, and also organizes workshops, retreats and events.
